Cancellations and Refunds
Payment
must be made before the painting or piece is started. If having payed and received the order confirmation you change your
mind, you must notify us via phone or email within 24 Hours. After this period the work will have started so you will still
be charged.
If you have received an item from us and you are not happy with it, please contact us straight away
and we will endeavour to resolve the situation.
Privacy Policy
Contact information including email address, telephone number, address,
etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining
to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely
to bill the customer for their order.
